HealthFitness has an excellent opportunity for a part-time Massage Therapist at our client site in Northside of Indianapolis. In this position, you will be responsible for administering professional chair massage services to a wide variety of employees.
Massage therapist will need to provide chair. Free parking onsite.
Schedule: 2nd or 3rd Wednesday of each month between the hours of 1-5
Key Accountabilities
Perform numerous chair massages and adjust delivery mode to address the needs of each customer.
General understanding of body treatments and be willing and able to learn the products and services provided.
Therapist must be willing and capable to deliver on site chair massage in a corporate setting (incidental travel, set-up and tear down) for an event one Wednesday a month (typically 2nd or 3rd Wednesday).
Must function as an active member of an integrated health and wellness team and support department wide events and strategies.
Minimum Requirements
Massage Therapy License for the state of IN required.
Current Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Experience in sports massage techniques.
Good communication skills; listening and verbal.
