Delhi Athletic Club, managed by HealthFitness has a unique opportunity for an Event Center Manager at our new 65,000 sq.ft. facility in Cincinnati, OH. This role will be primarily responsible for driving revenue and a high level of customer satisfaction to Delhi Township Residents & Surrounding Community Members. Additionally, they will be responsible for the Delhi Township Events Center inclusive of renting the center to various groups and holding special events in the space to drive revenues. They will be responsible for coordinating summer program planning and delivery on the Outdoor Lawn. This position will also contribute to driving sales to exceed budgeted goals.
Key Accountabilities:
Overseeing budget, lead and revenue generation, event bookings (i.e. wedding, conferences, bridal show, etc.), operations, programming for Events Center. Rentals of outdoor space including the lawn and concert venue.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with HealthFitness policies, procedures and applicable laws including recruiting, orienting, training, evaluating, developing and planning the succession of associates.
Responsible for driving a culture of customer service to drive a high retention rate. Will be responsible for responding to Medallia surveys ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings.
Responsible for managing the summer programming such summers camps including the hiring, training and management of staff and programs.
Serves as a resource for all departments in generating revenue to meet budgeted goals. Assists with membership sales to generate leads, provide discover and tours and close sales to help site reach dues revenue goals.

What you bring with you:
2+ years related industry experience, including program management in a community setting or related environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
OSHA compliant Adult CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute (within first 90 days)
Strong leadership, team management, interpersonal and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others.
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands.
Computer proficiency in MS Office including at minimum Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Demonstrated experience in the areas of program development and implementation, data collection and analysis and outcomes reporting.
